Signing someone else’s name

• Signing someone else’s name, with permission but without so indicating, was ‘dishonest,’ according to the Seventh Circuit. A better idea, said Judge Richard Posner, would have been for the signer to add “by Bonnie Roth” to indicate that it was not the signatory’s own signature.
